Record which route you used: website, Android app or desktop extension. Note the app version, the public share URL when available, and whether the failure occurred during detection, preview, server processing or saving to your device.
Keep private information out of reports
Do not share passwords, account cookies or private video tokens. Crop personal information from screenshots. Use the support form for your email address and a description of the error.
